DAMAGE IN THE EASEMENT

The Acton Municipal Utility District shall not be responsible for the repair or replacement of any type of landscaping or construction with a utility easement or road-right-of-way which is damaged in the process of installation, repair or maintenance of any facility of the District.  

Work crews will advise the property owner whenever possible of the proposed work, and will attempt to minimize damages, and will leave the finished work in a level and clean condition.
