DEFERRED PAYMENTThe District can provide, in certain situations, a deferred payment agreement to a customer who has experienced an emergency beyond their control and has expressed an inability to pay all of the outstanding balance on the account. The Customer must come into the office and sign a payment contract. Both parties based upon the customer's ability to pay will then agree upon a payment schedule. Service will not be terminated unless the terms of this agreement are broken. |
