SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

New Sprinkler installations are required to have a Permit prior to installation.  Sprinkler permits are available at the office for $25.00.  PERMIT IS REQUIRED WHEN REPLACING OLD BACKFLOW DEVICE WITH NEW BACKFLOW DEVICE.

Sprinkler systems are considered a potential cross connection or backflow hazard and must be tested on an annual basis.

AMUD charges $25.00 for this service.
