Water Plumbing Inspection Fee$90.00

Rough-In Inspection - before slab is poured

  • CSI: Type of lines, cross connections, lead solder/flux

  • Size of Lines

  • Fittings on pex pipe need to be sleeved, no couplings under slab

 

Water Line Inspection

  • CSI: Type of lines, Cross Connections

  • Courtesy Valve installed, Property ties to meter, size of lines, depth of line

 

Customer Service Inspection (CSI) Final

  • CSI: Hose bibb connections, water heater, backflow connections.

 
Sewer Plumbing Inspection Fee

$30.00

Rough-In Inspection-before slab is poured

  • Lines have fall, joints, glues, and cleanouts

 

Sewer Final Inspection

  • CSI: p-traps

  • Water Test sewer line for leaks

 
Grinder Pump Plumbing Inspection Fee

Grinder Pump Inspection

  • Receive Plumbing and Electrical Checklist

  • Verify tank, sewer line, and electrical panel installations

 

Grinder Pump Set

  • Set grinder pump and cycle test.
