METER TESTING POLICY

Customers may, at any time, request that their water meter be checked for accuracy.  

If the meter is found to be faulty, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.  

If the meter is found to be in good operating condition, the customer will be charged a service fee of $50.00.  Should the meter test accurate; the bill in dispute will be due within 10 days of notification.
