CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT Since 1998 you may have received communication from your local water utility. It is called a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). The CCR identifies the source of your drinking water, treatment used to purify the water, any contaminants that have been identified in the water, and what the potential health effects of those contaminates are. It will also identify where you can get additional information about your water supply and how you can become involved in protecting water sources. Water Utilities have been required to develop these reports since 1999. The Safe Drinking Water Act The CCR is being required by a new Safe Drinking Water Act, which was passed in August 1996 and provides you the water consumer--the right to know and understand what is in your drinking water. 2010 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2009 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2008 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2007 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2006 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2005 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2004 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) 2003 Annual Drinking Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report [CCR]) |
