For the safety and well-being of our customers and employees, the lobby is currently closed to walk-in traffic, except for scheduled appointments. Please call our customer service department at (817) 326-4720 to schedule an appointment if needed.
At our drive-thru window, located on the east side of the building, we are prepared to assist you with customer service needs you would normally expect and receive in the lobby.
While this measure may cause temporary inconveniences, please remember AMUD has other options available to serve your needs:
- If you have a question about your bill, please contact our office at (817) 326-4720 during normal business hours. A customer service representative will be available to assist you.
- Payments can be accepted:
- Drive -thru Window. We accept check, cash, money-order, visa, master card or discover card
- Night-Drop located next to the drive thru window
- Automated Phone service
- Bank Draft or Credit Card Draft
- On Line Payments
- Apply for New Service:
- Applications available at our drive thru window
- Applications available online at amud.com
- Available at our drive thru window or online
We will continue to provide high quality water and sewer service as we navigate through this rapidly changing situation. The health and safety of our employees, customers and their families are top priority.
