REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS
RFA NO. 26-BDS0609
PRIMARY BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES
Notice is hereby given pursuant to **Chapter 105 of the Texas Local Government Code**, including Sections **105.011 and 105.012**, that Acton Municipal Utility District, Granbury, Texas, is requesting sealed applications from qualified banks, credit unions, or savings associations to provide primary bank depository services for Acton Municipal Utility District.
Sealed applications must be submitted in paper form and will be received until 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2026, by R.J. Evart, Chief Financial Officer, Acton Municipal Utility District, at 6420 Lusk Branch Court, Granbury, Texas 76049-2035. Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFA No. 26-BDS0609 – Primary Bank Depository Services.” Applications received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
The Request for Applications packet, including specifications, required forms, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements, may be obtained from the District’s website at www.amud.com or by contacting the District’s administrative office at admin@amud.com. The District does not accept applications through an online bid portal.
Questions regarding this RFA must be submitted in writing to R.J. Evart, Chief Financial Officer, at admin@amud.com no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 4, 2026.
The Board of Directors of Acton Municipal Utility District is scheduled to consider selection of the District’s primary bank depository at its monthly meeting to be held on June 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 6420 Lusk Branch Court, Granbury, Texas.
Acton Municipal Utility District reserves the right to reject any or all applications, waive informalities, and select the application or applications that provide the most advantageous terms for Acton Municipal Utility District.
